Puddle Patter - The Puddle Project Update

Families United and The Puddle Project

A Journey of Strength and Friendship

In 2021, The Puddle Project opened its gates, providing a safe haven for families of children with special educational needs and disabilities in Warrington. From the very beginning, Families United has been a steadfast partner in this endeavour, and over the years, the bond with the families and the project itself has only grown stronger.

Families United has been a pillar of support for children with special needs and disabilities in Warrington since 2003. Their commitment to providing guidance, resources, and a sense of community has made a profound impact on the lives of countless families. When The Puddle Project emerged, Families United was quick to extend their helping hand, playing a pivotal role in shaping the facility and the diverse range of events it offers.

The collaboration between Families United and The Puddle Project has been a testament to the power of community and compassion. The families who access The Puddle Project's facility have hopefully found not just support, but also a welcoming, understanding environment where they can connect with others who share their challenges and triumphs. These families have formed lasting friendships with each other, and the support system provided by Families United has been instrumental in nurturing these relationships.

Sensory Equipment Launch Leaflet

The latest exciting development in this enduring partnership is the collaboration with the Sensory Equipment website. This project aims to share the wisdom, experiences, and insights of these remarkable families with an even wider audience. The goal is to help families facing similar challenges in Warrington and beyond by making the knowledge and expertise accumulated over the years more accessible.

The launch of this collaboration is scheduled for November 17, 2023. This event promises to be a celebration of the strength, resilience, and unity of the families supported by Families United and The Puddle Project. It also marks a new chapter in their collective journey, where they will extend their reach and impact by sharing their experiences with others who may be in need.

In a world where support and understanding are invaluable, Families United and The Puddle Project have proven the power of community and friendship. Together, we will strive to continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families with special educational needs and disabilities, demonstrating that with unity, there is strength and hope for a brighter future. The collaboration with the Sensory Equipment website is a testament to our combined commitment to broadening our impact and sharing the wealth of knowledge with the world.
